Order paid for and now missing from my purchase history and not arriver

Good morning.

I purchased an Item from ebay in May 2022. 

eBay O*27-08657-41972 Sydney AU AUS Card xxxx19 Value Date: 23/05/2022

-$12.90

The item I purchased is no longer even in my purchase history and no record of it anywhere. What do I do with that?

Have you scrolled down in your purchase history to see if it's in "cancelled orders" etc ?

Did you buy it on this ID or as a "guest" with Paypal ?

If you used this account, it should be pretty easy to find even if it was cancelled, as you don't seem to have bought much, so the bottom of the page is easier to reach...

What does the confirmation email you received in May say? Does it mention this account? If you logged in using Google, it will automatically create a guest account, so you should check the confirmation email eBay sent you back then. You should also be able to go to the order details from there.
