Several items paid for 4/5 weeks ago or more still have not arrived, so as normal you set up an item not received dispute. As a result oh having several open, Paypal now limit/restrict my accoutn with FALSE judgement that I am abusing their system!
Anybody else getting this krapp?

If you are buying from US sellers who are using the Global Shipping Program you may find the items taking considerably longer than they used to....4 weeks is getting to be normal now from the USA.
But the UK and China are nothing like that. I would say no longer than 3 weeks for either country, even with the Christmas mail rush starting.
And no, I have never had a problem with paypal restricting my account....I have only opened a dozen or so disputes in 7 years and over 5000 transactions.

Oh my, one look at your feedback I can see why paypal would flag your account if they were all claimed not received.
Oops sorry Lyndal I didn't mean to reply to your post specifically.

There's a definite pattern there. Online shopping seems to not be a smart option for some people.

OP, online shopping is definitely not something which suits your needs.
Be grateful to PayPal, they are doing you a favour.
You will have a lot more success in dealing with B&M stores.

Not forgetting that most of the neutrals were revisions, presumably from negs.
