Paid for pick up item but seller not responding and re list the same item for sale 3 times

Hi all, 

I have paid for a "used iMac" over the weekend & have attempted to contact the seller ever since.

Today is the 4th day & the seller still have not response to my request for arrangement to pick up the item since it's listed as "local pick up only"

In the mean time, he has re listed the same item 3 times. At this point I have lost my trust in this seller. Who would have 3 used iMac? even if they do why the only list 1 at a time & keep re listing the item after someone have bought it?

Also, since this is a local pick up. why ebay forcing me to wait for a week before I can open a dispute?

Any recommendation on this case?

i might as well order a pizza tonight and when they ask for my address i will just mail it too them  come on.

it would never ever ever happen . people are not that stupid to believe that. sure its posible;

so is the seller getting booked outside court parking his elaphant in a no standing spot  and the council inspector trying to stick a ticket on the elaphants head and him trying to find the rego on the elephants behind..mmmmm

have a nice day ,your right anything is posible , but common sense also comes into things.

 also the buyer has stated they had tryed to contact the seller lots of times ,[maybe the seller sent a letter everytime mmmm

just got back from mailing a letter to a buyer with my address ,mmmm

anyway bumped in to a irish mate of mine called rum he told me a story what happend to him a few months back. anyway he told me he got a defect from ebay.

he sold an item on ebay to a bloke called paddy  he was itish too , 

so rum mailed a letter to paddy with his address on it ,then paddy wrote back and said what about monday the 14th at about 2pm,

rum then sent a letter back saying he cant make that day as he has a doctors appointment, so patty sent another letter with another day , and rum said that day not good for me , anyway after about 8 letters they worked out a day to pick the item up. 

then paddy wrote back is your house near [DAR ST]  and rum wrote back and said [NOT THE DAR ITS GOGOMOBIL,  G  O  G  O  M  O  B  I  L  . ST ] that end.  anyway so I said why did you get a defect from ebay rum  , and he said I dont have the item anymore, I said what happened to the item and rum said .  [the item was a pack of 10 stamped envelopes I used them up]
