I won an auction for 2 skateboards and paid immediately with paypal. They are to be local picked up. However, the seller sent a message stating that the price is for 1 board only. He then admitted his fault for the unclear description and offered a slightly lower price. Addition to that, he stated that one of the boards is broken and he will replace it with the same model but different colour. I declined the offer and he further lowered the price but still slightly higher than the original listed price. I declined the offer again and requested to cancel the deal and get a refund. Since then, which was around 10 days ago, he has not responded to any of my message and I haven't got a refund. What should I do?
P.S. No arrangements for pickup has been made yet.

@joethenuts wrote:fair enough but how long should the op wait he must contact ebay and explain , sometimes discriptions can be a bit both ways,
i mean 1 day i had a color paint which showed a wall with that color on it , stated 10 litres bla bla and some one asked if the piano in the background was part of the deal.
I don't think in this situation that it "can be a bit both ways". It is pretty clear the listing is for both boards. The photos show both boards. It was an auction, so not even a multi-listing. The description in the listing is as follows:
Two boards is good condition apart from some dust and scratches as seen in the photos. Looking to get rid of them both however am open to negotiation if you only want one. I also have another board which I'm looking to get rid of for the right price so if your looking for a particular colour contact me.
Sounds like his unlisted board he's trying to sell off eBay ".....looking to get rid of for the right price....."

I'd go for this bit -
Something as simple as mentioning a single defect on their account could restrict their selling privileges, meaning they can't sell anything, might be enough to scare them into submission.
Looked at their other listings. Seems they are a skateboard riding,
comic book reading, weight lifter
So I wouldn't get too heavy handed lol

Why would you use Paypal for a pickup item?
Neither you nor the seller has any Paypal protection.
I know I am less than impressed when buyers do it to me. And NONE of my items are exclusively pickup.
