Paid with paypa Credit card Option Not logged in How do I find Transaction ID?

Hi I purchased 2 items from a seller using the Payal option at the bottom of the Paypal log in screen, I did not log in, Just paid directly with the CC, The seller still hasnt sent them after nearly a month, How do I find the transaction id to lodge a complaint as it dosent show up when I do log in, Thanks

Is the payment showing on your bank statement?

If not it might not have gone through as unless they accept CC payments and it was not through paypal they may not have been paid.

Most CC payments are done over the phone.

If it did go through and the seller is not replying to messages then contact your bank about doing a chargeback.

Hi yes it did go through and does show up on our statment, How ever it doesnt give a Transaction ID so there isnt a way I can find to disoute the transactions

You need to open a paypal account, and then you will be able to open a dispute against the purchase/payment.

You need to do it now, as you only have 45 days to open INR dispute.

If you have a paypal account but used the guest payment option you need to use the same credit card and personal deails on the paypal account as on the card you used.  It should then show in your paypal account.

If you used a CC that is not linked to your paypal account then you can link it and see if that works.

If not, ring paypal and see if they can help.
