Some sellers are saying may take 4-6 weeks delivery due to some fictious reason.

If you pay by PayPal that will put you outside the claim period if you dont recieve the item.  BEWARE

It does actually take around 5 weeks sometimes from China or India.

But what you can do is open the case anyway and explain to the seller it's just to not miss the deadline.

That gives you a further 20 days before needing to escalate to a claim and the seller then has 10 days to respond.

In effect that's 75 days.

If you then receive the item after a refund, you repay using PayPal.

Thats ok for those of us that know but recently one seller got a lot of money before it was discovered that the seller had gone.

And PayPal didnt cover the claims because it was outside the claim period.

They should read the terms and conditions in Paypal before clicking 'I have read the terms and conditions' when signing up.

Why do some people blame anyone but themselves when they have not bothered to apply due diligence where money is involved.

Often wonder why companies have to provide all their terms and policies as so many people are dishonest enough to tick the box to say they have read them when it is obvious they have not given them even a cursory look.
