“Phenom” not working. “We ran into a problem. Please try again later”

Does anyone know what this means? Trying to use the code. >$50 for 1 item but it keeps coming up with that error.

I just went to purchase from dick smith and it worked,I used my home computer so it must have something to do with the fact that you're not at home on your own computer?

When you get home try it on your computer and see what happens.

I used it a couple of hours ago and it worked fine.

Have you tried another browser? Have you tried clearing the cache, logging out and rebooting, as already suggested? This simple trick can solve a lot of problems.

Normally if you are positive that you are entitled to it and it really doesn't work, eBay refunds you the value of the code if you contact them, even after the code has expired if you purchased the item during the promotional period. They did this with me a couple of times at least.

Did you try clearing cache and cookies and rebooting your computer, that often works with unexplained glitches.

Thanks for the suggestion, but still it didn't work. It's strange that one voucher code works and the other doesn't..

PHENOM (like all codes) did not include postage. Were your items >$50 excluding postage?
