Hi buyers bewar postage scam 

 on combined items 

 purchase 3 cards payed top postage cost for 3 cards to be sent over $60 

 only cost seller $29 dollars to send 

  The seller only sent one cards and refunded the 2 cards but not extra postage cost 

 giving seller extra $31 for free 

 seller reslisted items after 3 months so he could sell them again never sent them in the first place making money 

  On extra postage cost    Waited for long time to resist so no one could catch hi. On his scam and lie 

 luckily I watched for these someone to list cards cos I really need them for my set of cards I was collecting for months hoping to find them again 

 only to find the same seller listed them when I could not do anything about it 

 beware of these patients scammers eBay don’t monitor them over the months

If you want to fully cover yourself in these kinds of cases, you need to open a request via ebay - they will force a refund on the postage costs since they automatically include it in the refund amount when an item is not as described (including missing items), or not received. 

I am presuming these purchases were not shipped through the GSP from the details in your post, but just in case they were, the seller is unable to combine postage costs for multiple items, and they only receive the money to ship the item domestically. They might have even had free domestic postage, so in those kinds of cases the seller can't refund postage costs because they don't receive it.
