Does anyone remember exactly when Click & Send started for real? I remember a trial thing in December 2010, did it flow on from then?
sorry missed the quote in the earlier post...

I came into this section to post a problem I had with a seller and postage, to try and get peoples thoughts on an issue, but for some reason I haven't been able to post it, some sort of ebay connection problem it kept telling me.
However, while I was here I saw this post. I'm so glad I did.
Thank you so much tteddykm for telling us all about this.
In some respects this has brightened my day after such a horrid day yesterday having to deal with a seller not honouring her free postage, ebay workers advising me of steps to go through, and I suppose most of all, after filing a dispute, paypal closing the dispute before I got a chance to respond to the sellers 2 responses (in fact it was so quick that I never even got to see what the seller had said), all of which was all done within a time period of just over 3 hours... not days as some disputes can take, but hours. I thought these disputes were thoroughly looked into between both paypal and ebay, and both parties given equal say in the process. Me in this case didn't get farely treated. In the end the dispute went against me, the one who was unfairly treated. I'm sorry for rambling on about my problems here, but I will try again to post my issue again and to get people thoughts on what I went through as it has never happened to me with all the hundreds of sellers I have dealt with.

roses you are unlikely to get any help here. This is a very old thread which is over and done with., not to mention that your problems do not seem to be postage related.
You need to start a new thread and state clearly what your issues are, particularly the closing of the dispute.

:-)Click and send useless, even sometime item 250g but don't fit in bag 500g,even in 3 kg item can be 1 kg or less don't fit,and if you open to push in AP will say repack and take more, and us you know its depend on location when you send,3 kg bags very small,if you look 3 kg bags when you post oversees they 2 times big that our,i was many times call on click and send and worker say a lot costumers not happy, also you spend money on print, and AP don't print for free i ask them before,so they not so good.
