Priorities confusion.

I ordered an item but didnt pay at that time I ordered it but got a reminder from ebay asking for me to pay. Of course I paid a few days later but now seller hasnt posted item and wont reply to my emails either. They have their priorities confused somewhat.Seller is from UK. Really really annoying and disappointing.

Re: Priorities confusion.

You've got high hopes of getting my ebay membership revoked. Are you thick or what. Seller has no intention of emailing me at this stage and most of you think Im a real heel. Thanks for nothing. It just goes to show that you have no freedom of epression on this forum thats for sure. Except nag nag nag nag Seller is 100%correct and me the buyer 100% incorrect.

So does that mean you won't come back here again with more complaints?

If so. . . .

Re: Priorities confusion.

Michelle - I am not sure if you are aware but if you put in too many claims through Paypal they reserve the right to close your Paypal account. It has happened to others in the past so it is always best to allow ample time for an item to arrive before lodging a dispute through Paypal.

In this case YES.

The only time you should be opening an item not received dispute is if you don't receive the item in a timely manner. You paid for the item on Monday, it is now Wednesday (2 days btw, not 3) and there is no way on earth you could expect your item to have been delivered.

So opening an INR is an irrational reaction to not receiving an email.

I sincerely hope the seller HAS sent your item. If you purchased through the Australian site, they only have to provide proof of postage to have seller protection, and a savvy Paypal would not refund you.

Re: Priorities confusion.

Yes but the same scenario happened in November(different seller) and yes they provided proof of postage to Paypal but I still got a refund.

Re: Priorities confusion.

Why the heck do they need to email you anyway. You pay when you are good and ready but you expect first class service.
Sellers have more to do than answer your silly emails or press the posted button if they don't want to.

Pay for your item, if you don't get it in about 10- 14 days then lodge a dispute.
Seriously !!!!

Paypal will shut you down if you continue to open claims at the drop of a hat.

Re: Priorities confusion.

And you may get a refund this time too, but I would like to think paypal will give a seller TIME (that you are not willing to give) before they make that ruling.

Site Map - Buying - have a read and maybe give the volunteers on this forum a rest for a while. They don't mind giving advice, but get a little bored when the advice is ignored or argued with.........

I wonder why that is ??
