Problem with a seller

When I try to buy an item this message appears:

Sorry, the seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you at this time.

Overall, seller is not copereative, does not reply to my mail.

Contacting ebay is not possible, going through several ebay's structured questions, I go to nowhere, contact ebay is impossible.

I recall trying to buy something from the same seller a year ago or so. Situation was identical.

Any suggestions how to contact ebay  and resolve the matter?

There could be several reasons for that message.

If the seller is overseas they may not post to Australia or there may be other seller requirements that exclude you from bidding/buying.

If you have had the problem previously and they do not answer emails it would seem that one of their auto blocks is kicking in....it is not personal.

There is nothing you can do.....just find another seller.

Sounds like you are blocked, seller wont even be recieving messages from you. Have you had any non payment disputes recently?

I was trying to be a bit diplomatic lane-ends.   It is still a seller's block.
