Sellers aren't always able to "replace" items.
IF it's the UK seller RO, who left you feedback, the listing shows Region 2.
What type of player do you have ?
You could try asking the seller if you could return them but the listing does show "no returns"

My thoughts exactly, not they they are 'not suitable for Australia' but you'd (the OP) need a multi-region dvd player
I have a multi region dvd player and region 2 dvds work perfectly fine for me 'here in Australia'
And the listing shows, as you mentioned they are region 2

Multi region player is the way to go.
Otherwise, buy from an Australian distributor/seller selling region 4 DVDs.
If you buy the wrong item, unfortunately that is your error, and even if the seller accepted returns, the return postage (tracked) would be at your cost. It almost certainly wouldnโt be worth it.
The sort of return / replacement you appear to want is Change of Mind. Buying the wrong size, wrong colour, wrong title, wrong whatever - if the seller listed the item accurately - does not entitle you to protection under the Money Back Guarantee.
Do you think you could find a cheap multi region player?
