eBay doesn't have stores, if you're referring to a particular seller you need to contact them via their listing page (on th RHS) if the information isn't in the listing itself.
Be aware though that eBay will penalise both you and the seller if you try to send contact information to each other if you haven't actually bought from them. Tha first penalty is a weeks ban on messaging ANYONE for both of you.
