You can contact the seller by going to their feedback page and click on Contact Seller.
Or you could go through any of their current listings.
It is a bit rough expecting the seller to honour a 2 year old credit note.

lyndal1838,
In regards to my credit with clearance brokers, it WAS honoured and only too pleased to forward my order.
I have been unable to contact them previously through the suggested avenues.
I did not appreciate your comment as, it being a bit rough after 2 years!

I doubt that I'd honour a credit note after 2 years.
You got lucky.

Maybe it was not appreciated but I still stand by what I said.
You were certainly lucky.....most businesses will not honour a credit note after 12 months and even some gift cards can have a time limit of 6-12 months.

A credit note is essentially a marker on a debt. It should be honoured whenever produced, unless of course, you are dishonourable.

Lyndal is 100% correct. it is a bit rough to expect to honor a $200 credit note thats 2 years old!
