Report eBay to the fair trading or consumer affairs department in your state for allowing fraudulent listings on their site.

Yes people are trusting, but those that buy them are not breaking the law, whilst eBay could face severe penalities by allowing the rainbow rose scam sellers to continue unchecked on their site.

I would also advise not to buy the money orchids either - their seed is that small & fluffy U cannot count the seeds at all.
On the radio the other week they had an orchid specialist saying that some people bought these from China & finished up with cabbages.

OP, the rose seeds you get sent are for a particular variety of creamy white rose (if they sent the right ones). What the seller probably doesn't tell you is that the roses don't actually grow in rainbow colours. You have to make them that way after the rose flowers. You are meant to make up several glasses of different coloured water (food colouring in water).
Then you split the lower part of the stem with a sharp knife and each split part goes into a different coloured glass. The rose absorbs the colour and changes the colour of the petals. You would be unlikely to get the vivid colours you see in the photos, but they will change colour. Years ago we used to make blue roses this way.
Don't buy the coloured strawberries either.
Now I'll sit back and wait for Horizon to emerge!!! Can't wait to hear the reply!

The fake strawberries come in all sorts of photshopped colours now,Blue,Black,White,Green,Purple,Yellow
Apart from the fake Rainbow Rose there are also the,Black,Blue,Green,Purple, double Purple, etc.
Then you have the Green,Purple,White and Yellow Water Melon seeds.
The Monkey face Orchid is an endangered species and there is no way they could have genuine seeds,(these
rare orchids only grow in the cloud forests of southeastern Ecuador and Peru at elevations of 1,000-2,000 meters
They have all been reported on numerous occasions but have never been removed or the sellers sanctioned.
I did message a few Aussie sellers stating that they where selling fake seeds and that buyers could leave
feedback when they found out they were scammed by them,(unlike the Chinese scammers where the feedback
option is over by the time things germinate).
So IMO the feedback option shouild be extended for overseas purchases,(that would get these scammers the
negative feedback and defects that they richly deserve).
That to me would be real buyer protection,

Unfortunately there will always be more when the initial lot isn't removed,
The Rainbow Rose seeds listings are now over 300 according to the count,(but show less then 200 listings),
