Redirected to the US Ebay site (I wonder why?).

I went to make a query about an item I purchased from a seller and was told that the item was bought on the US site and I would have to go to the US site. Does anyone know what is going on here! Very odd indeed. Note: Item still undelivered so possible more to this than meets the eye.

Michelle, it you select to view an item that is listed on the US site it will automatically revert to that site without you realizing.

Then you will need sign in again if you make a purchase.

Most don't think twice about signing in again but the main difference is the item is shown in US dollars instead.

Michelle, the last 5 bathroom items that you purchased

were advertised on ebay.com

Even if the location says Phillipines or Hong Kong - they were on the US site

Just re checked on these items again and the problem now seems to have rectified itself and am now not getting those strange notices like I was before so its back to normal. Phew!
