Refunded to a gift card which does not exist

Hey guys,

I recently purchased an item that didn’t fit my vehicle. I requested a return, and eBay automatically processed a refund. However, the refund was sent to a gift card that no longer exists, which I had used to purchase the item.

Could you please guide me on how I can receive my refund?

You don't need the actual card, just the information on it.   Is the gift card information available from   your  purchase or the ebay refund receipt? If so use it to buy something. 

If not your recourse is to have ebay cancel the refund and issue another to your bank.
