Just want to know what to do to retract a comment because I gave a rating to the wrong person. I accidently rated the wrong seller (don't know how this happened!!!) who is sending an item from overseas and I have yet to receive that item..
The seller I actually wanted to rate, was someone I picked up an item from in person, who was meant to get that rating!! Sigh!! Of course it is a positive rating.
When I receive the item by post from the other seller, I will rate them as well, which I am sure it will also be positive! Just haven't received it yet.
Can you remove the rating if they were given to the wrong seller in error?
Very frustrating.
