Return a Australia located Item to overseas

Hi there

I bought an item located in Australia and paid the domestic shipping cost. Delivery was actually fast.

Unfortunately the item doesn't fit well and I want to return it. However, now the return address is in Hong Kong and the shipping cost for the return is way more expensive then when I bought it. Is this legal accordingly Ebay T&C?

Why don't you just ask for a refund which it looks like you normally do judging by your feedback left
