Return defective item

Will never buy off eBay again, purchased a solar controller which was defective, initiated a return but after that very hard to contact anyone, received a couple of emails but when trying to reply it would just come up error, have tried to contact eBay through other channels but still unanswered. Be ware!!!!!

There is no need to 'contact anyone'

You open and follow through with an item not as described dispute

That is all you need to do

No need to email or contact eBay

eBay emails are bot automated and nothing to do with item not as described dispute 

Very good advice to be ware (sic)

You need to follow the correct process or you won't get anywhere

And eBay have no idea if you use the site or not
