Hi,
I've purchased two itesm but they both were different size. I contacted the seller and asked for refund label.
The seller didn't get back to me so i launched a refund process. Posted both items in one package and provided the tracking information on ebay.
I've updated the tracking for both items but since they were both identical eBay shows one item as delivered and the other still in transit.
Seller used this loop hole and only refunded for the item that showed as delivered on eaby.
Now I can't log any cliam for the item that the seller has received!
Not sure whow to resolve this? i can't ask ebay to step in becasue the item is obiously shows as not delivered!
Whats your thought? How to resolve this issue if seller dont want to refund!
