Ripped off buy ebay seller

I would like to put out a warning about a certan seller who is selling non original items as original , unfortunatly he contacted me outside of ebay  so i probaly dont have a leg to stand on, this was after i lost a bid i was chasing he said he had another for sale and if i would like to buy it and because of what he said i grabed it , a hard lesson learned, any deals will be done differantly in the future, BUYER BE WARE

If you paid with papal depending on if you paid for it as goods then you can still open a dispute for item not as described.

If you paid by bank dep then it is a lesson learned the sad way.
