I bidded on an item (Samsung S9+) and asked for IMEI number and photos for the phone. Did not respond and ended the auction. What do I do?

That depends on the seller, you can send them a polite message and ask if they are willing to cancel, but they are not obligated to agree as they have already been charged selling fees

Best idea is to ask any questions before bidding

There should have been photos on the listing, but if the seller only used one photo,or stock photos, that could be a worry

Better idea still is not to buy phones off a seller on eBay, far too many problems, you don't know if they *are* genuine, tand therehere is no warrenty

When you say they ended the auction, do you mean the seller actually ended the auction altogether or that the auction ended with you as the winning bidder?

If the seller ended the auction without you winning then just move on and find another seller.

BUT, phones is definitely something NOT to buy online.

Buy from a proper store so you get a warranty.

Online sellers say they give warranty but it cannot be enforced and sellers know that.

Used stock photos and ended with me winning. Do I still have to pay?
