Did you pay by Paypal? Then there will be a record of the extra money in your Paypal account.

If you paid by bank deposit then you may well have lost your money.

In the future be aware that you do not have to pay extra for postage because the seller didn't get the price they wanted.

Never EVER give a seller more for postage after the auction has finished. If they didn't charge enough for postage, or didn't get what they wanted for the item, that's their problem. If it's the shoes, that is an experienced seller and I'm guessing they tried to take advantage of you being a new buyer. I would be reporting them to eBay as they violated a policy by asking for extra postage post sale.

Thx for your replys l understand now that I shouldn't have given the extra postage as they used this to get out of the deal I had a look and they have had more then ninty sales in six months so they know about postage they used my good will gesture against me I have reported them to eBay but don't think they can do anything about it I have given them a bad grading can only wish them bad luck

The question is.....how did you pay?

If you paid with paypal then you should open a dispute to get your money back.

If you paid by bank deposit then you should report th seller to ACORN...you may not get your money back but at least they will have a record as being dishonest.
