No just a plain envelope

Wow. Seriously bad intent with her threats and snooping into your business arrangements to boot. Does make you wonder what she'd do if it was negative . . .
Have the police suggested they can do anything about her threats?

I'm still talking with the police. They are considering whether to include other members that she has clearly had issues with as well
Obviously a lonely person if they become so engrossed on one neutral feedback......and it's not like she hasn't had plenty of them before as well as negative

I think you're wasting your effort trying to explain anything to badge*button-pro, wardy, as they seem to be firmly on the seller's side of the coin.
Me wonders why they are so stuck so hard on it though .... ummm!:|

I think I just figured that out Moorna........
And my question has been answered so I have done all I can for now
Thanks to those that assisted me

And ebay say there is nothing wrong with the feedback she left me. What a joke

I suggest you let it go at that then 😉
No point in dragging it out further so the whole thread gets pulled down to other's low levels.

If it was sent as a normal letter it would have cost 60c, as it cost $1.20 it must have been sent as a large letter.
It depends how big the envelope is.. I sent something last week as a letter in a large envelope and got charged $1.20

I didn't even look at the feedback she left you, add criminal defamation to the list of offences she has committed, again punishable by a jail sentence.
I'd suggest speaking to eBay again and if they fail to remove it this time, lodge a Notice of Claim of Defamation and it will be removed. Form can be found here - http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/community/defam-form.html
Take a screen shot before doing so if you intend on bringing criminal charges against her.

I just had a few minutes humorous reading of the seller's replies to the neg and neut feedbacks she received .... boy oh boy, does she get stuck into them or what lol.
Talk about ranting and raving on!
Maybe your biggest mistake was in not reading it for yourself before you purchased anything from her wardy, but all life's mistakes seem obvious in hindsight so just put it down to experience.
You won't make that sort of mistake again in any hurry lol.
I'm one of those Ebay buyers who read all the neuts and negs before I buy anything. Pays to sometimes 😉
