It is a bit too soon to be worried.
You say it has bee almost a week since you purchased the item.....exactly how many days?
Where is the seller located and where are you located?
How long is the seller's handling time? Do you have a tracking number?
With all the postal disruptions due to the coronavirus it is taking a lot longer than normal for mail in the same state, let alone items coming from interstate, and don't forget the recent Easter holidays....that had quite an impact on mail deliveries.

As said, far too soon to be worried
And to be hounding the seller
You can't buy things online (from anywhere) right now and expect it to arrive within a few days
There are massive delays in postal services around the world right now, choosing to buy on line right now means you need to be patient

Hi,
It’s almost been a week since I bought and paid for a computer on EBay and the seller hasn’t responded, saying it’s been delivered or anything. Should I be worried?
Maybe. Not enough information for us to tell.
Here are the things to consider.
-Was it a business or a private seller, someone who doesn't sell much on ebay?
-Did you buy from an Australian seller, item located in Australia?
- What do you mean by hasn't responded? Do you mean an email?
Here's what I would expect, in your shoes.
-That if it is an Australian seller or business seller (someone with a bit of experience on ebay) that they would mark the purchase as sent when it was sent. You could see this in the My ebay section if you look up your purchases. It will show what you bought and when you paid and it will also show if feedback has been given or received, as well as if an item has been sent.
You may not receive a personalised email from a seller but most sellers mark this section with sent.
-That if you contact them via private messages, that they would answer within a couple of days. If they don't, it doesn't necessarily mean they are a bad seller, but they are a bit slack.
-That when it is sent, you would be given a tracking number. You don't get tracking numbers for everything you buy on ebay, but for a computer I would think you normally would as it is a bigger purchase.
But the main thing that overrides most of this is your estimated date of arrival for the computer. Have a look at the original ad and see when this was. The computer should arrive by that date or within a few days of it. If it doesn't, open an ebay claim for item not received and follow through with it and you will get your money back.
If you do need to open a case, do not close it under any circumstances till you either have the computer or the money.
