"Warranties" on goods that are bought on-line are worthless unless the seller is a authorised Australian seller or reseller of the product- end of story.
Don't always believe the words you see on a computer monitor...............

You have 30 days after receipt to lodge a dispute. After that, the seller has zero obligation.
Warranties are not worth the pixels on the screen, unless the seller is an authorised distributor. You wouldn't really expect a warranty from a random third party seller would you?
If you want warranties, buy from proper Aussie stores.
It would be beneficial to read the Buyers Guide, especially the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.

Please DO NOT use Caps on the forums. It is considered yelling.
You cannot name & shame. Your post will be pointless as a Moderator will be along and remove it.

They could'nt get the seller's name right for a start
Even after numerous posts on the same thing
The actual seller's feedback is in the toilet, nobody in their right mind would buy from them to start with
Let alone buy from them and expect an actual real warranty
