I have Emailed a seller with an offer for his item.
Reply came back asking a price higher than I offered.
I replied confirming my first offer hoping that we could start a conversation re price.
No answer received.
Sent another Email requesting confirmation of seller receiving my second Email.
No answer again.
He did not sell at his original price and has now relisted.
What else can I do ?

If the Seller has relisted the item and has "Best Offer" submit an offer and wait. The Seller can then accept or decline. If you do not hear back from the seller within 48 hours, it usually means your offer was delined. Quite often if your offer is far too low to accept, then a lot of sellers will just ignore the offer and let in run out of time.

If the seller has counter offered it means he does not accept your original offer. You can either accept his counter offer or make another offer.
You only have 3 chances so by offering the same amount again you have wasted one of your offers.
