Seller not replying

i just won a bid for an h&m sunglasses i send a message to the seller to ask how quick can he send the suglasses when he receives the money  but he is not replying i don't want to pay yet becasue i feel he is shady.

The time to ask questions like that is before you buy, the seller should show the handling time in the payment and postage details and you should expect it to sent within that timescale. Once it is posted if is completely out of the seller's control and if receiving them quickly was a consideration you should have gone to a B&M store.

If they are shady then what good do you think emailing them will do, are they more or less likely to lie again if they have already done so in the listing?

They most certainly won't send them before they have cleared payment and if you don't pay they will probably open an unpaid item dispute and if you still don't pay you will end up with a strike against your account, more than one of those and most sellers will have you blocked.

i send the message the night i won the bid this my second time buying something on ebay the first time the buyer sent me an email  as soon as the bid eneded so i was exepecting the same thing  from this seller

if you are going to buy on ebay you need to be patient. most sellers have full or part time jobs, don't work weekends and some you just never hear from.
