I placed an order on 15th May and had a notification that my order had been delivered on 27th May. On opening the small parcel, I found that it is not what I had ordered ie a piece of camping equipment but instead I received a bag of Lego pieces (just a smidge different). It took three messages to the seller before I heard back from them requesting a clear photo of the delivery. I sent that immediately. I have had no correspondence from them since then. It is now 6 days and I have in total written 6 messages. I have asked if there was an issue at their end, ie illness etc but I am hearing nothing back. This is the first time I have ever had such a drawn out issue. Surely it should have been handled quicker and I still do not know when or if I will ever receive my order. The seller has a good reputation (until now) and a long association with eBay. What's your thoughts? Thanks...

Open an ' item not as described' claim through eBay's Money back Guarantee
https://pages.ebay.com.au/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
Return Request > Item not as described
The seller will have 3 business days to refund you or send you a return label with tracking .
If the seller doesn't respond within that time, you can ask eBay to step in

"The seller has a good reputation"
Presuming it's the dropshipping seller who's left you feedback.
These days, always take note of eBay positive automated feedback..
The seller has 330 positive feedback NOT left by buyers.
