Im new to Ebay and i waited to long to leave negative feedback and the only contact with the seller was when he was tring to get me to pay for the item twice!
I've giving up on trying to get a replacement, i want justice.
I've been robbed.
What do i do?
surely theres procedures for shady sellers
i feel as though i waited to long to do anything now.

You can open a dispute if it has been less than 45 days since the date of purchase.

OP states too long for feedback bsal, so a dispute is out of the question.

hello, I am sorry tyhat this has happened to you.
Yes, there are procedures in place for shady sellers.
Yes, you did wait too long to do most things.
You have 45 days from date of purchase to raise a claim through PayPal if an item doesn't arrive or is significantly not as described.
You have 60 days in which to leave feedback to describe your trading experience.
Once these two dates have passe your options are
1) seek restitution through legal channels
2) maybe approach your bank for a chargeback
3) contact eBay Customer Support and report the seller for non performance.
The latter will not get you your money back, but it may get a comment recorded on the sellers account.
Apart from that, I am afraid that the only justice you will receive this time is to know you have learned the timeframes which you must stick to for your Buyer Protection and Feedback, and to never get caught out again. No matter what the seller tells you or promises, even if he is the Pope - stick to no longer than that 45 days.
Best of luck with your future transactions

It certainly is DH, a neg might just have shaken the seller up to resolving the problem.......................
Stranger things have happened.
