Hi I bought an item that costs 2600 and tge seller sent me wrong item. I sent him a msg about the problem but still got no reply. Should I open a case to return item or should I wait until the seller responds?

My head hurts, my feet stink & I don't love Jesus... thank you Jimmy B.
Just give them the ##**%%@@** harp.

The first driver probably went to a quiet place... and is now weeping uncontrollably.

It is normal for different couriers to pick up for different companies for future reference. If you think about it why would they be there and how would they know.
If you decide to check tracking info it will be different to how Aust Post would display information and they can have delays in updating the info so don't worry too much about it.
Also if delivery is in same city they will likely get it back today or tomorrow.

I've been dipping in and out of this saga over the last few days but haven't read all the comments. If someone has already written the thought that has been in my mind when reading bits of this thread, sorry to be repeating it.
Just wondering if cait_kelee6 has ever considered buying a harp from a reputable Australian harp maker instead of one made in Pakistan. Buying from an Australian maker maybe more expensive in the short term but for any repairs, etc would be so much easier. Plus the satisfaction of supporting a fellow Australian. Even possible that if buying from a maker in the same State, they may even deliver it themselves.

I think they are saving a considerable amount of money and looking at prices a week of pain and effort in getting one would still be worth the effort on how much you can save.

Agree but "what about the pain and effort" for responders" to this thread" Very painful! this is the 2nd hap saga after all.
I have a family (extended) into cellos and thank G-- they dont have this drama every time a new one is purchased.
