Hi I bought an item that costs 2600 and tge seller sent me wrong item. I sent him a msg about the problem but still got no reply. Should I open a case to return item or should I wait until the seller responds?

I'm worried that because it is so big, seller would refuse to pay for return

If you open a case for Item not as described, the seller has to pay for the return if they want it back.
If they don't want it back then they have to refund you full amount.

If they sent the wrong item and want it back they have to pay for the return postage.

If they refuse, you can open a return request and they will send you a return label which would cost nothing to you, but you would probably have to go to the post office yourself, or ask a friend to drive you there if you don't drive and the item is too bulky for public transport.
