Hi I bought an item that costs 2600 and tge seller sent me wrong item. I sent him a msg about the problem but still got no reply. Should I open a case to return item or should I wait until the seller responds?

But I thought the harp was $2,600? Had you applied a code? As the difference is $260, it looks like you had applied a 10% off code, so you did get what you paid back.

Yes! The code kinda pressured me to purchase the harp lile its a good bargain. If it weren't for the discount code I probably wouldn't have purchased it which would have saved me from all this trouble I went through but I still feel like this whole thing has been a good lesson

Great news. What a relief for you to have all this behind you. I felt sure it should go okay, it was just one of those mistakes a big store might make when posting lots of different ads but it is good to know they rectified the problem fairly quickly.
