Seller takes payment and then re lists item. What can I do?

Hi,

was hoping someone could please help me.

Bought an item and paid straight away, then half an hour later seller re lists it.

Have sent messages to seller but will not respond.

What can I do about this?

It may be too soon to lodge a claim with Paypal which is why I suggested that you wait for around 7 days before doing so.

Myra, I imagine it's too early to open a PayPal claim as the listing only finished late last night, give the seller a bit more time to refund you.

It looks as though they've never sold anything before so they're probably uncertain of what to do.

As cq said if you get no responce after a week then open the dispute.

Yes Myra, by going into "advanced search" and then seaching for bidders recent transactions.

I don't think this is true. Feedback remains even if you accept mutual cancelation requests.

I can blame it on the mittens cq, they do somewhat slow my typing down in this freezing cold weather in Perth.........
