Seller tricked me and now I am not covered by buyer protection.

Hi, I bought a group a vinyl records from a seller in Germany.

( 11 seperate records)

The order arrived, but there were issues with the order.

The biggest problem was that they left one of the records out.

I immediatly contacted the seller and they told me that they would send out the record.

I waited and waited........ finally I contacted the seller and they said, oops, I will send it tomorrow.

I waited, but nothing, so I contacted them again, now they will not respond.

I tried to open a case with paypal, but ebay tells me that too much time has passed and I am no longer covered by buyer protection.

I am not happy.

Does any one know if there is anything that I can do?

Unfortunately it is over 60 days 🙂

Such a dishonest seller, they really did deserve a negative.

Other people should be warned.

I checked his feedback and others have complained about the same problem.

A good reason why one should always check a sellers feedback before buying.

I agree, although my problem is that I tend to have the "it will never happen to me" attitude.

Maybe now that it has I will be more careful.
