So I ordered something that wasn't delivered.
I followed the procedure after waiting a month or so for it to arrive
I received the refund quickly via eBay.
So far so good.
The seller sent me 5 messages in one day the first one saying "In fact, the item sent by courier was damaged due to difficult weather conditions." followed by 4 pleading messages asking for me to remove the feedback, which simply said that the item had not been received, and I got a refund anyway.
So was I wrong in leaving a negative?
I WAS going to re-order from this seller, but they've sent me 2 follow up PMs today asking me to remove the negative feedback (before I re-order)
I've never had to do this previously (I don't think I've EVER left negative feedback), and I've tried to find the feedback on the seller's page but can't find it to modify or remove it.
Since they have been asking me multiple times, I'm inclined to NOT buy again from them nor remove the feedback even if I could find it.
Any advice welcome.

What is the item number?

There are no negs recently left on this account, as Twyn said, what is the item number.

Thanks for the quick response.

Still no recent negs on that account, unless eBay has removed it.

I don't wish to be rude, but every seller I know would block any buyer from buying anything else, who had left them negative feedback.

Well, that's your experience, I guess.
I've had sellers contact me when there was a delay, or they had to provide an alternative - never had to leave a negative.
In this case, the seller didn't tell me it had been "damaged because of weather" until after I had reported it not received.
eBay might have removed it (It really was mild, and acknowledged that I had received a refund), so maybe the seller got it removed because it was resolved.

I didn't say there was anything wrong with you leaving this , and the other two sellers, negative feedback.
It's just that no seller I know would welcome you back after having done so.

I actually go one step further. Anyone who even opens a request goes straight on the blocked buyers list the minute the request is closed.

Why would you buy again from a seller who didn't deliver?
Why would you expect any seller you left negative feedback for to want to deal with you in the future?
I block negative leavers, both of them, neutral leavers unless they are absolutely warranted, happened once, and anybody who looms as a future problem.
The boards are a mine of information.
