What happened?
You need to open a dispute within 30 days of receipt of an item.
There is zero onus on seller to do anything without a case.
Ebay has the tools you need - please use them!

The ball is in your court to open a dispute and follow through with it
Unless you want to return something because you simply changed your mind and the seller does not accept change of mind returns
There is nothing other members here can do
As said, you have been given all the tools, you have all the power
The seller does not need to 'respond' to you for you to act
