i purchased concert tickets in August 2012 for a concert in september 2013(to be printed and sent to them in July 2013. the agreement was they would them forward to us) the concert has now been rescheduled for late october 2013. Seller agreed to keep in contact over the course of the year we had to wait as i was concerned. they were replying to bi-monthly emails until June 2013 and since then i have not heard from them. they should have had tickets sent to them in July 2013 and forwarded them immediately. what do i do?? paypal will not look into it or refund my $299 as the original purchase is over 45 days old. i am so sad for my 12 year old daughter as it was to be her very first concert. please can someone assist??

Sorry, nobody can help you after all this time.
If you funded a paypal payment with a credit card you could ask your bank about a chargeback but it is probably too late for that now.
If you have all the seller's details you coud try reporting her to the on line fraud squad...it will not get your money back but it might make things unpleasant for the seller.
