I wouldn't worry, I doubt any sellers could give you paranormal help. 

One scenario I can think of (using my paranormal skills) for your messages not getting through is that if you bought quite some time ago, it is possible that the seller may have blocked you for some reason. I think if this happens, you can still contact them for a certain period about your purchase but after that, you may not be able to buy from them or send messages.

Someone else may be able to give more details.
