Friday 7.45am I think possibly my Ebay parcel may have been nicked from my front door as I heard and saw courier attempting to deliver it. Think it would have been Australia post contractor (also viewed a scuffle with someone) then saw courier leave to get back into post van, went to check for parcel but no luck. Parcel from Canada, no track number. Saw somebody grab courier by his top, positive it was female attacking him . Would have been person who lives in my block of flats. Saw all this from my loungeroom window. Could anyone advise me what to do at all? I have home contents insurance. I am hoping courier put parcel back into van due to the trouble. Very very distressing. Would have run to front door but was in pyjamas. Spoke with post office this morning personally but they did not seem that concerned. Any good ideas about what I can do?

oh my goodness.  joe, I recall you having a go at posters here on these boards for treating michelle poorly.  I'll remind you of what you wrote back in September:

I am glad you put "all jokes aside" in this last quote otherwise anyone reading your posts might just think you were only posting to have a laugh at michelle's expense.

Checked with seller about 2nd parcel that hadnt arrived and they said it was with aussie customs. I must have had a really bad meltdown and imagined it had been mislaid like 1st parcel. I have now bought another item identical to the missing one. Hope the P.I.O can help in getting my money back from my Australia Post.

I think you have imagined a lot in relation to these misssing parcels Michelle.

One of the parcels was never missing...it just has not arrived yet.

And you now want AP to reimburse you for a parcel that you have already received a refund from paypal for?

That is FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

michelle, can you let us know what it was that you told eBay that got you a refund?

Is the 2nd parcel with customs or is it lost or was it stolen?

What parcel do you think Aust Post owe you for, the first or the second?

Can you explain what you meant by "No Lyndal not stolen but apparently a mistake done by post office courier. Or rather postie not concentrating on his work and a largish disaster occuring due to lack of his concentration and stupid b..... neighbours sticking their fat noses in where they dont belong" i.e. what incompetence of the Aust Post employee?

Bake, somehow I doubt we are going to get the answer to that unless the seller ( if they're Aussies ) find these boards and raises merry hell about it, or michelle decides to enlighten us ( if indeed she knows the answer to it ).

Maybe Michelle online buying is not for you.  I have never known anyone have so many problems.  The odd one can be expected but on a regular basis like you have is absolutely amazing.  I know I would not be buying on line if I had 1/4 of the dramas you have.  It makes you wonder.
