This is amazing - are we witnessing the birth of a new word here? Snatchel... if so, it could be described by MacQuarie Dictionary as " a parcel delivered by courier that upon attempted delivery is immediately snatched from his hands by an unknown evil entity, or devoured by a bat like creature of unknown description". Wow! it's history in the making.

You'd better submit it to Mac Dictionary before the new edition goes to print!

Can someone please explain to me how does this thread continue to grow like a T V Soap Opera day after day ?.
Nothing changes nothing is solved and yet day after day it goes on and on.
Maybe it is time to let the air out of this thread put it to bed and find something else more interesting to talk about.
My apologies to anyone if I offend you with my comments but this thread is going on and on and solving nothing.

Is there anything interesting on the boards at the moment?
With all due respect to Michelle, while she continues to post her buying problems on the boards there will be posters who will answer her....and it is only very rarely that the problems are solved completely.
I am guessing that eventually Michelle will come back to update us as to whether she got a very suspect refund for one or other of her "missing" parcels.

Might be wise to Google words before attempting to introduce them into common usage...you might get a surprise! I did!
