Shipping from Poland

I bought an item of from a seller in Poland.

The item has been shipped and they provided a tracking number.
It was sent via Polish post, last tracking was 27th March, seller said there will no update on tracking once package leaves Poland.

They said it would take about 4 weeks for delivery.

I assumed that you would get updates on its tracking but apparently that’s not the case.

I do like to be able to track orders too, but as repentatleisure said, your main focus has to be on those estimated dates for delivery. Whatever was in the ad is what counts. The seller can't have it both ways, he or she cannot be telling you now that it will take 4 weeks unless her ad also indicated that.

And if it does not arrive in the advertised timeframe, I think you could give it a few extra days but then open an ebay claim. If that seller could not provide  current tracking details, I think you would win.

I find it strange that the seller says no update on tracking once it leaves Poland. The seller herself would surely get tracking details. I have sent things overseas and I always get notification of where it is in the system and when it is delivered.

Anyway, that is the seller's problem, not yours.

Don't receive it in time, open a claim, for sure.

I presume you have been provided with an Estimated Delivery Date & are well aware of the Money Back Guarantee should your item not arrive on time.

I never worry about tracking an order.
