I avoid sellers who send items via courier as it's usually more trouble than it's worth in my residential/rural area.
Bought an item that was listed as standard postage then receive notification that it's being delivered via Sendle.
I queried seller if it'd be our A.P. mail contractor or courier.
Coming by courier.
Not being a seller, I wonder if eBay provide a Sendle delivery method in the description?

Sendle is a courier broker; they don't transport anything. Fastway is one (the main?) courier they use.
Any tracking number you were given, if Fastway was the courier, would naturally show Fastway as the courier, regardless of whether your seller used Sendle or Fastway

I sure am glad I'm not a seller.
To me it sounds way too complicated.

It's really quite easy once you work out what boxes to tick and fill out.

Form my only experience with Sendle (non-delivery and the run-around) unless the seller states Australia Post I'll not go through with the purchase. Will NOT have anything to do with Sendle, nor CouriersPlease - the subcontractor they used.

Hi steppnstrong. I know you are new to the forum & have had a problem with sendle. A lot of other people have too, at various times.
But you are replying to what we call an old thread. If you look at the date, you'll see it was started in 2020 so whatever problem it was about is probably done & dusted.
It's better to start your own new thread if you have a topic or else try to reply only to newer topics, although we all get caught sometimes.
