Purchased an SD Card a few days ago.
Asked the seller when it might be posted.
Bear in mind this is a tiny object and it was to be sent ( free ) by ordinary post.
'Your order was sent promptly after payment was cleared.
However, it was damaged during transit by the courier and was returned back to us.
We have since dispatched a new one to you.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Is it just me or would others think this explanation a little odd.

Well it won't be coming through AP. They had no collections between 24 Dec and 29 Dec. Which would cover your few days. If they are in Australia.
But it a SD card and, from memory, you have a history of buying SD cards from overseas sellers that could never live up to the claimed specifications.
As those haven't been manufactured yet.
Is there a real question involved here?

Dave...
the only reason I purchased was this....
TAX INVOICE! AUSTRALIAN STOCK! AUSTRALIAN WARRANTY!
I don't buy electronics from overseas because the average Harvey Norman store is cheaper
( and easier to return items if necessary ).
My ebay purchase was made on impulse bought I sought out an Australian seller specifically.
This seller's excuse sounds like a croc to me.
Call me jaded...lol

'bought I sought out an Australian seller specifically'
should have read
'but I sought out an Australian seller specifically'

Why wouldn't you believe them? Obviously they have an extremely good ouija board so can pretrack all their items

A ouija board that pretracks deliveries ?
Half their luck. Mine only spits out lotto numbers.

You can post a SD card for $1.20!

Nah. SD cards are tiny. Even with a bit of cardboard for protection
it would still post for 60c
