I'm a bit unclear on if we can purchase mutliple items from different sellers to meet the $200 spending requirements of this.
T&C 9. states Multiple items may be purchased in one transaction (up to a maximum of 10 items per transaction),
but this doesn't go on to say if it has to be from the one seller. Anyone know?

Multiple items can be purchased in ONE transaction to reach the limit...of coure they have to be from the same seller.

No they DO NOT have to be from the same seller. I've used these vouchers before. The purchases have to be made during the qualifying period and paid for in one transaction - you can do this in checkout and pay multiple sellers at once.

I would say from point 12. Only 1 voucher will be awarded per registered Australian eBay account (and if applicable per registered Australian PayPal account) during the Offer Period. you would only be entitled to 1, that's my interpretation anyway

It says only by invitation to the email registered with the account.... but it's been known for other offers to work for those who haven't actually had invites, so don't know
