Still haven't received my items

I purchased a muffin top tray from USA back in September and still haven't received it, I've sent so many msg with only one response, i have even opened a complaint with PayPal, only for them to tell they can't help me. Not to sure what to do next.

Still haven't received my items

The current eBay model protects sellers (and buyers) if they utilise the policies of the site, rather than make up their own.

 

If you are buying stuff that takes a month to arrive you have a 15 day Paypal window and a 30 day eBay one for feedback.

 

There is a link at the bottom of every page entitle 'Site Map'. A mine of information.

 

I've been a member since 2008, too. I have not noted any marked changes in eBay policies towards buyers or sellers in that time. Maybe it's because I read announcements and the site map, thus they are incremental. Or maybe they haven't really changed that much.
