these are eBay community discussion boards. One might think that means eBay reps visit to answer questions and troubleshoot buyer ans seller problems
But, alas, that doesn't happen. The people who post on these boards are just members who volunteer their time, experience and (sometimes) expertise.
In another twist of circumstance, you are more likely to get better advice from these boards than from eBay reps. Go figure.
