You will need to contact the seller and request that
Other members here have no way to possibly know
What was the estimated delivery date?
Where is the seller registered?

What is the ITEM number?

I admire your patience . However, if people like this can find their way to a member to member forum, how come they cannot figure out the basic logic of contacting the seller without someone telling them that?

"people like this"
han-401154 is a brand new member who only registered an account 2 weeks ago.
Brand new members are welcomed here.
Many new members who come here for help think they're contacting eBay.
If you can't help the OP, why bother posting on this thread just to criticise.

Sorry but new member, old member bears no weight on basic logic.
If I buy something from a shop in Westfield, I get in contact with that shop NOT Westfield - That is basic logic and instances such as the op are no different.
My post was directed to sandypebbles , not to you and certainly not a response to the op as sandypebbles provided the response succinctly.
I like to criticize, apparently you do too. The only difference is that there is validity in my comment / critique rather than pointless attack.

If I buy something from Amazon sold by Seller xxxx, Shipped from Amazon, I get in contact with Amazon

It was the OP's first purchase.
Many new members who may have had experience with AliExpress, Temu, Amazon etc can all see the seller's name but have had their items sent directly from A, T and A .
A new member could be forgiven for thinking that eBay was the same.

This is possibly why we’re getting automated f/b…….buyers forget where they’ve bought from….

NO! If it is sold by Amazon, you contact Amazon, otherwise you contact seller and unlike Amazon, every eBay item has a large "message" radio button at the top of the page.
Furthermore, finding the eBay forum requires you to navigate to a barely visible hyperlink at the bottom of the eBay page titled "community" (and on the same spread is the link titled "help" which will in fact contact eBay)
If you can find the link to the forum, you can figure out to click the message button on top of the listing to contact the seller
