Just trying to buy something and im guessing Ebay is preventing for some reason?

I had a buyer recently who also was unable to purchase my items. She wasn't on my blocked list, she didn't have any strikes (as far as I could see), so who knows why she couldn't buy?

I didn't think you could see if a buyer/bidder had strikes against them?  Whatever your blocks are - UPIs - violations - not phone-verified - a location you don't ship to ........... When a member bids/buys who is one of these categories; that's when they strike a block.

Could be they don't post to your location. 

Is your mailing addy a PO box?

Or have you had any unpaid items in last 12 months?

A while ago I had a couple of regular buyers try and purchase from me and they were unable. They were not on my block list and they both said they hadn't not paid for anything so no strikes against them. It was just an ebay glitch. They were getting different messages though.
